Fitting brass pin-point bearing bushes

Post by Caiptean » Thu Oct 11, 2018 11:26 pm

As time permits I'm fitting brass pin-point bearing bushes to much of my stock.

There is this wonderfully simple expanding drill (marketed by a member of a Solent-based club if I recall) that sits between the plastic axle boxes and (by slowly turning with a 8mm spanner) enables you to drill out the plastic to fit top-hat bushes. :)
