Many thanks for all the replies gents, looking back at all the pictures i took during the work it still amazes me i got it all done. Even doing the thread on it has helped me too, so again thanks for all your kind words.

Never touch the stuff BB. A few months on i can report all the effort that went in to the job is certainly paying off, the underfloor heating works a treat, so a nice cosy winter ahead here in the flood plains. :)
