The next phase will start, this involves demolition of the old wooden porch, rebuilding and extending into corner to the new doorway i have knocked through to the main room i have been working on, the extended porch will be built in matching stone, insulated and underfloor heating added too.

UFH kit arrives tomorrow CAD pipe plan came today, looks just like track laying in a large fiddle yard.
