They are John, i have a weller version, but is practically identical to the parkside one, comes with interchangeable tips, including a hot knife, can be used anywhere, no cables to worry about, built in stand, adjustable temperature, one of these is a must have as far as tools are concerned,

Gas all the way, ever since i got mine, i don't use anything else, lidl do a gas one which i will get as a back up,
can't fault them at all, and gas can be got from the pound shop for yep a pound, and a cannister lasts ages,

and probably not led's, as they don't get hot, more than likely normal incandescent bulbs, gow or gor type,

had a look on ebay, seen a decent battery from Alpha £99 ish 130ah so a decent capacity, also seen a couple of inverters 1500-2000w in the mid £100's, which only leaves a decent solar panel to price up, which would also be in the low to mid £100's, 120w panel with controller, https://www.ebay.co.uk/...

Can't give anything specific, as i am looking myself, mainly ebay searches, although places like machine mart have some offerings, battery wise i can recommend Alpha batteries i bought one of their xplorer 125ah batteries about 5 years ago, still going strong, they can be found on ebay, the only adv...

invest in a butane gas soldering torch,sheer bliss to use, hardly ever use my leccy ones, my go to is the gas one for every day stuff,
