Mystery painting

Can anyone help me to identify a painting? I think its by a famous artist, but after looking at lots of images online i am still unable to find out the title of the painting or the artist! The only image i could find was this one on ebay a while ago but no title. thanks https://i.postimg.cc/SJbCWC73...
