I've given two episodes a try now and if I stay with it, which is unlikely, I will whizz to the end and watch the result. You don't really get to see a lot of the modelling take place and the presentation style is poor in my view. However two members have said E3 is the best so far - so it gets one ...

Can you explain what you mean by "whip" please?
Also are the points (ST-5 or ST-6) also new and can they be thrown by hand - i.e. without point motor in situ?

I made mine out of an electronic fly swat, following the instructions in a YT video. It's very effective and was very cheap to make. And yes, it does produce a large spark if you get too close. R-

I'd leave it - especially as everything is running OK. You should have a gap anyway, and 1mm is about right. R-
