DC wiring help including droppers and toggles

The main area I have drawn roughly as attached is the junction area and busiest area of the layout, w...

Lima class 59 wiring query
Hi all, I've bought a 2nd hand Lima class 59 number 59002, and whilst replacing a couple of parts, one of the wires from the motor towards the dummy bogie has come off. Can anyone advise where this should go please? I thought it was to go to the brass clip along with the other wire, but this seems t...

Uprights for raised section baseboard

Re: Bachmann class 121 NSE 35-527
I was originally using one of the many spare Hornby controllers I have due to ease, but have just tried the gaugemaster 2 track controller. Unfortunately the same outcome, lights on but nothing happening on the motor. Also tried another couple of locos and they ran straight away perfectly. Return to...

Re: Bachmann class 121 NSE 35-527
Thanks for replies and advice. Have emailed the supplier for an exchange. Certainly don't want to risk damaging it taking the shell off and being stuck with it! Fingers crossed I've got a replacement up and running soon as it is a fantastic looking unit, would recommend if anyone is modelling this e...

Re: Bachmann class 121 NSE 35-527
It has "plus 22 DCC" on the end of the box but definitely doesn't state DCC ready anywhere.
Instructions states analogue can be ran straight out the box after a run in.

Hi Brian,
Not sure - how will I tell, bearing in mind I know nothing about DCC!
