Some views of my attempts at scenery using scratch built materials. Banksides including the ramp up to the overbridge are made of polystyrene sheets left over when insulating the room and plaster cloth on the main lengthy one. Painted then grassed using static applicator. Flats are all packing mater...

12V grain of wheat lights set up?

Evening all, I'm very much a novice where electrics are concerned so please bear with me! I have bought a 10 pack of 12V 80ma grain of wheat bulbs in white, along with an 8port distribution board as pictured. I've used an old Hornby controller that has 19v input 12v output to power the board. Lights...

Re: Hornby original HAA wheels replacement?

13mm but tapers nearer to 14mm at the flange.

Hornby do 14.1mm spares so will give them a bash!

Thanks for the replies

Hornby original HAA wheels replacement?

Does anyone know the correct replacement size and code please? Have tried the Hornby 12.6mm R8096 but the wheels look too low and don't spin as e...

Re: Painting and Weathering Service

Hi Steve, could you please quote for weathering a green boxed Lima class 40 to the same outcome as your previous green 40 back in March on this thread? I also would like the number changed from D335 to D336.

Thanks in advance,

David
