Hello Steve Have you used any PVA on your ballast test tracks? I purchased a light grey ballast and it went very dark almost black after gluing it in place with watered down PVA. I was rather disappointed but learnt to live with it as I had purchased tons of the Stuff and being new to model building...

That all looks very neat and tidy, I do start off wiring as tidy as I can but it sometimes ends up like a birds nest.
