You can see from the wonky light on the wall th...

Re: The Shankly and Gdynia Railway

Good choice of load for the wagon, lot safer to carry a tank on your railway than a nuclear 💣 bomb😁.
Imagine the mess if it went off.

Re: My layout

Thank you all for your kind comments, I do have a few air bubbles that have appeared since I pasted up the back-scenes which will need addressing ,you can only see them when the sun light catches them at certain times of the day. Maybe I should only do trains on rainy days 😄. I am pleased with the f...

Re: My layout

Managed to get some lineside fencing fixed up today, I was going to make my own but cheated and purchased some. Just need to put the railings onto the top of the retaining wall and maybe a few trees along the fencing and this section will not be to far from done. Puddles https://i.postimg.cc/3ky2qgV...

Re: Vintage South Street Trolley Bus

Re: Vintage South Street Trolley Bus

I used to go to school on a trolly bus when I was a kid in North London, cost a penny in old money and at Wood Green there was a turning circle. The conductor pulled a lever on one of the posts that held the over head wires which redirected the connecting arms from the main route into the circle jus...

I agree with the comments already made, your layout looks fine and you should be proud of the work that you have put in to it.

Re: Rocket

I think that Hogwart is a very good price for what you get and ideal for getting youngsters interested in model trains,
Hopefully Hornby are on a winner with this one Mike!

Re: Wykeham - Somewhere in the south!

I can see that it is going to be a busy little street when you get all your plans put in to place and lights in the shops will make it really magical. Love the beacons on the crossing great work.
