Yes, N Gauge in German, British and Japanese outline, with odd items from other countries, since 1975. I have a home layout and a potable shunting layout.

As above, they are excellent. I own several and they really do run well and look perfect. Price is a goodly chunk above British outline but the quality is so much better.

They'll run. I have used in my time Peco code 80, Fleischmann and Kato track. I run Graham Farish-Poole, Graham Farish-modern, Minitrix, Fleischmann, Arnold, Dapol, Union Mills, Kato, Tomix Union Mills and other makes of locomotives and stock and find that very occasionally I need to adjust the back...

Add to that the fading and weathering most 'green locos' suffered and poor or none existent cleaning they 'enjoyed'. Then you got locos standing next to each other in what was nominally the same livery, but looking very different.

I loved the fact that PM May was interrupted by the Dakota and Spitfire fly past. I assume it was miss timing by the BoB flight. Once a Prime Minister'd luck goes everything goes wrong.

Don't worry, Banks group are planning to open cast 800 000t near Throckley just North of the Tyne.
