I can pop in for a few minutes any time.
Our loft has flooring and insulation on the floor already under the flooring, it just needs the roof doing which I have costed at about £200.

A spare room would be ideal, sadly were in a 3 bed house and have 3 people living in it.

I wish we had a garrage, our old house had a double one and would have been amazing but this one doesn't so we got a large 10ft by 8ft shed years ago but i'm not allowed to go and use that haha.

Hence why my shed space would be limited to 8ft by 6ft because we still apparently require some kind of garden.

I had a play with scarm with the dimensions of a 8ft by 6ft and I can get a decent enough 4th radius loop going round the outside, its just do I out a 3rd radius inside that as a loop or just an end to end branch.

Is the floor just boarded for storage reasons or have the joists been strengthened to take the weight of people and a layout?

It's been done for people but only used as storage, we never had a need to use it for anything else until I decided to get back into this hobby.
