Just needs plates and weathering. And a new tender or that one repaired unlikely I think on that one me thinks

Thanks guys those numbers need leveling up. After a bit more work involving soldering and sanding and more soldering ect. The tender my be salvageable. It's never going to be perfect. but some more filling and revit transfers added along with weathering may just be passable. Don't hold your breath though.

Quick update. That's it for 46257 for now until the bits to finish her of turn up. Couple of Rebuilt pats next to tart up.

There's an interesting article in the Hornby Club magazine about renumbering. It says turn the loco upside down and any unevenness in the numbers will show up.
