Default hornby r3390tts

Would I be right in thinking that addressing this loco, the Hornby r3390 TTS,that it has just one address, not 2 as it has 2 dcc decoders?

Both decoders have the same address.

You’ll need the same sound at both ends.

Don't you have to address the decoders separately?......separate the two cars and do the TTS decoder first as it is connected to the motor, then take the trailer car decoder out, plug into the motor car, re-address and replace back into the trailer car. Replace the TTS, then all should work as new.........HB

I seem to remember reading you put both locos on the programme track and programme them as one decoder .

Decoder needs to be connected to a motor before programming I believe, had to do that with a DMU.....HB
