Nice useful shots, LC.
Where is Brampton Fell, never heard of it? If I had to guess I'd say somewhere near Haltwhistle.
To do a shift in a couple of those boxes you'd need a Sherpa and oxygen !!

Brampton Fell is west of Haltwhistle. between Low Row and Corby Gates.

There is a local campaign to save the signal box at Billingham, There are rumours that he could be demolished, when signal control is via the York central control.
