Default Aberaeron Area... August 13th (Today... Just Remembered!)

Is a couple of miles south of Aberaeron at a village called Llwyncelyn and is on at 1000hrs to 1630 hrs. I believe tickets are 3.50. If not they are reasonably priced.
I've attended the model railway show a few times and always found it to be good. Met some nice people. Is well worth it if you are down this way!

Would be interesting to know how the day went for those that attended. I hope it was good!

Yes it was! (good)
Over a dozen layouts of various gauges on display.
Patrick and I took our 'Crymmych Arms' N gauge along, and although it's still work-in-progress, very well received.
Next local outing here in West Wales will be at Bronwydd Arms, October 7th, when the West Wales 0 gauge Society have their annual show (not limited to 0 gauge, I hasten to add)

Might see you there MG

Shaun.

That does seem tempting! Will that be at Gwili Railway?

Not at the Gwilli itself Nicol, but go over the level crossing and down into the village. The hall is at the far end on the left hand side. Good parking there.
On the same day the Gwilli are having bit of a 'do' as well, so you can kill two birds with one stone.

See you there!

Shaun.

See how funds stretch to visit the Gwili as well. I'm assuming the show starts around 1000 hrs? I've marked the calender ready.
