It's a curious layout - one end of the station links to Network Rail to Whitby, while at the other end of the station the line crosses a road, then a river bridge then goes through a tunnel, the other side of which is the location for the shed and yard area.
As for the webcam, here is a picture I captured last week with me in it. Very strange watching yourself in the past due to the time lag on the connection.

Nice ones Brian. We were at Goathland the day the sky turned orange - I couldn’t correct the colour in camera.
