Question Woodland scenics incline set

Hi all, need some help please. Iíve bought the woodland scenics incline and decline sets but Iím a bit baffled as to how I fix the peco oo gauge flexible track to it. Should I lay cork strips then scenic bandage (I want it to look like a hillside) then put the magnetic plates (the name escapes me) and finally glue the track? Or bin that idea and do it all in wood? Iíve trawled around u tube and the internet but canít seem to see what to do. All ideas gratefully received and many thanks in advance.
