Default Painting Insulation board

Hi,
Please can anyone tell me if you I can paint insulation board, if so what paint do I use?
I would be most grateful if anyone can help.

Is it foam insulation board?

I have some outdoor primer so I will try it and see what happens, does anyone else have anymore ideas?

I guess you could seal it with PVA. I suggest what ever it is made of you use a water based paint.

I think it's possibly the ivory faced softboard otherwise known as insulation board in the past, the stuff used for pin board etc etc, the less expensive sundeala board and as suggested PVA and probably emulsion paints.

i would do a patch test and see what the outcome is after 24hrs,

Just found out that I can use emulsion paint on it, but I haven't got a clue what colour to paint it.
