Normally only by invite to exhibit a layout. So it's quite possible other than the hosting club other clubs there could be from further afield!

You could try asking at your local public library. It's sometimes surprising how much information about local clubs and societies they have access to.

Caistorail is in Caistor, Lincolnshire (on the A46 Grimsby - Lincoln road, about 10 miles from Grimsby).
The secretary is Mike Hill, phone number 07503321510).
As an aside, Caistorloco (Market Place, Caistor) is one of the best stocked model shops I know despite it's small size.
