Hello all, can anyone tell me of any good clubs to visit in the Maidstone, Kent area?

There is a directory of clubs etc. to do with the model railway hobby called, not surprisingly, the UK Model Shop Directory. This is a link from that directory to the page on clubs in Kent. There may be others who have not registered with the directory. You can subscribe to the directory for free if you wish - that way you will get to hear of exhibitions in your area. No doubt on of our Kent residents will supply further information. R-

I am near Maidstone too. Thank you RogerB for that link. A couple of clubs close to me, I did not know of! I shall get in touch with them.

The Chatham and District Model Railway Club is very pleased to announce our exhibition will be held Saturday 3rd June 10-5 and Sunday 4th June 10-4, entry 6, children under 16 free with a paying adult, to be held at Victory Academy, Magpie Hall Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 5JB. We will have around 15 high quality layouts and around 20 specialised traders.

Faversham Model Railway Club will be holding their annual two day exhibition over the weekend of 9th & 10 September 2017 at The Abbey School, London Road (A2), Faversham, Kent. 19 layouts are planned with 13 trade stands and 3 societies. City of Canterbury Model Railway Society Exhibition 21st and 22nd January 2017 St Anselm's School, Old Dover Road, Canterbury. The school is next to the Dover Road Park and Ride Car Park (Follow signs from A2) and it is also on a regular bus route.

Just thought I would add that as everyone else was
I'm not a member but will be going.
