New french doors and windows ordered today, next job is to fabricate a 10ft lintel then the demolition will start.

Helped my son install a flitch lintel/joist over the weekend, boy it was heavy.

To savage a kango on this job Howard. The wall has two skins and each one needs to be carefully taken down. Once the pointing is removed the old lime compo is very easy to cut through with a handsaw.
