Difficult to see which way it's heading, but according to the map there is a lot of activity in the English Channel at the moment. Southern TV weather just said there could be more storms during the night.

Change my car every 2 years and often with just 14 to 16 or so K miles on the clock.
Never buy one though due to the loss of ús in depreciation, I only lease them.
Next one due in April 2018.
Each to our own!
Leasing suits some but not all, Lease companies do make a good profit through the buying power that they have, all is calculated and factored in down to the penny, so if you go over the mileage or if the vehicle needs any repairs when your lease ends you get charged well. The residual values are all worked out well in advance too. Personally i would never lease, No1. I do too many miles, No2. I do like a top of the range vehicle which i can live with for 10yrs. Just my thoughts no one is right or wrong on this one

We had a massive storm, lightning earthing in our drive. took out every live box/ internet in the village, and firemen attending massively burning tree, in next farm. Even though our electric was turned off, livebox killed by lightning hitting telepnone lines. Most outlying farms without landlines. We were out at friends and drove back dodging fallen trees. Some night. john
