No he wonít. I do like the CL20, diesel sound is acceptable but Iím afraid I have never heard steam sound in OO that works.

Does the Hornby Cl20 TTS have the turbo whine/sequel that so characteristic of the Cl20? Couldn't hear it in the video, hence the question.

No pleasing some. I thought your love of heavy freight may have softened you but I was just fooling myself.

I doubt it FB. Hornby Label this decoder as ‘9F’ so I think it’s more suited to the ‘standard’ loco rather than the Crosti but it will do for the time being.

Edit: this post is total gibberish - please disregard.

It’s the CL20 that whines not the Crosti.

I just don’t think steam sound is any good in OO even if it has the best sound decoder available. Diesels just about make the grade.

Steve, you've not been on that cheap Spanish vino you brought back from Barcelona?

Very nice Steve. Have the local constabulary been informed about the crash at the level crossing? R-

Sorry, Iím having brain fade. I didnít realise you meant Class 20, thought we were still talking about the 9F and it was some obscure variant! Maybe some wine would help.
The class 20 does make alll sorts of whines, squeals and whistles - it certainly doesnít sound like any of my other sound locos.
