Looks alright to me. I have one WIT point but operated via a servo motor rather than by hand. This was made necessary by a brace piece below the board getting in the way of a straightforward board...

I would think them to be quite heavy and at 20mm...

I would think them to be quite heavy and at 20mm you might need to think about extending point motor pins, if you are using them under the board. R-
