Sound in n gauge does not sound right to me, i run all three gauges, the larger the loco the better the sound gets, i have a fleet of BLs best sound ive heard.

Not over impressed by these decoders, you get sounds, the speaker supplied with them is very poor indeed. But for people on a budget they do work like 30s worth.

Hornby cl67 fitting TTS

Just added sound to a cl67, nice and simple to fit, speaker fits snugly in the fuel tank under loco, just need to unsolder the speaker wires, thread thru loco under the PCB then re-solder and fit. ...

Last one for today, it arrived as a non-runner, expecting the worst it turned out to be just a faulty blanking plate. Some times you can be lucky new loco owes 60 :)
