That B&Q stuff looks similar to YBS airtec double, as above its not really a good insulator; it will provide a seal and reflect some heat back into the house so it'll work as insulation to some...

That's good way to do it. I've just put up a 5m LED strip on my log cabin, saw that it could be cut every 3 LEDs or so and as its fed from a 12v supply (less for realism), its very simple to do too.

When I was a teenager, had an 8' x 4' set on dexion frame with a Hornby Zero 1 Controller. My Dad suggested I use wire wool to clean the track. I don't recommend it...gummed the locos up real good...

The deltics had lots and lots of cylinders, each engine has 18 cylinders (6 banks x3 crankshafts in each bank) so that's 36 pistons, and there were 2 engines, so 36 cylinders and 72 pistons in all!
